Fabulous family safar! Rama and Hamza were great guides, adjusting to our preferences and getting on last minute village tours and hot air balloon rides. They expertly fixed 3 flat tires we got - completely normal, as I understand. Our 9 and 11 year old kids were entertained and didn’t complain about lack of time to play on their iPads. It was a beautiful experience. Everything was well organised, even the lunch along the way was perfect. Masengota Safaris also arranged our overnight stays well. We didn't have to worry about anything. We were able to see a lot of variety of animals. Tarangire Park and Ngorongoro is a beautiful combination of larger animals such as the elephant, lion and giraffe and animals such as the hippopotamus, hyena, water buffalo, wildebeest, gazelle and flamingos.  Verified Great three day trip to Selous
We had a wonderful trip to Selous / Nyerere national park with Moki and Said in June 2022 (I completely forgot to finalize my review last year). Moki took wonderful care of us during the drive from Dar es Salaam to Selous and during the stay at the National Park and made sure we had everything we needed. We have been looking for a safari for a long time and looked at many offers. We decided on a 4-day safari with Masengota Safaris, preceded by an overnight stay in Arusha. We bought the flights ourselves, but Masengota also helps with the purchase if necessary. We stayed 4 days in August 2023 as 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 11 years old). Safari exceeded our expectations. Our guide was Tiba accompanied by Hamsa. In 4 days we visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti parks. We are more than satisfied. Why? 1. Our guide Tiba is an experienced, patient and warm man who was looking for the top 5 animals patiently and until the end. 2. Tiba is a fantastic driver with whom we felt 100% safe. He knows many interesting facts about animals and Tanzania. 3. We felt like on a family trip - friendly atmosphere, shared hot meals, lots of laughter. A nice gift was the safari hats for our whole family. 4. Tiba took us to the best Maasai village and helped reduce the price of the visit. 5. We had great accommodation and meals, and Land Cruiser did not disappoint even once. We had concerns, both when paying the advance and paying the full amount in Arusha the day before the start of the safari, but they were unnecessary. We fully recommend Masengota Safari.
